paraplegic(sp?)because of a bad safety system on a two-post lift. There is a car lift safety group that has stats on all the different brands, I can't recall the URL right off the top of my head though. You should be able to find a link on some of the manufacturers sites. If not, e-mail me and I'll try to find it for you. My view is, don't go too cheap on a lift purchase because your life could depend on it. If I recall correctly, Eagle Lifts had the best safety record of all the manufacturers. I'm going to get one next spring, after I build my new shop/garage.
. . Thought for the week: When I was young, I was told that just about anybody could grow up to be President. The last two terms have proven that to be true! . . "TT.NET = Technician Trained for Nocturnal Exploration and Troubleshooting." How true, how true! Acronym compliments of www.brunching.com/toys/toy-cyborger.html |
